The Muskaan Dream - A Permanent Campus
Since its inception, Muskaan has led a Gypsy existence, using rented premises, office spaces and even a community park to carry out its work of teaching children from slum communities. In 2010 Muskaan bought land just outside Bhopal with the help of donors. The site is within easy reach of the 9 highly vulnerable slum communities which Muskaan supports. The Dream, with your help, is to construct a school and hostel facility on the site. Planning and design was completed in 2013, and construction commenced in 2014. FUNDS are needed to ensure the full construction and fit out of all elements of the campus. Your support is valued.

Look where we are now!
Good progress has been made with construction of the upper floor and roof in 2016-17. Every effort is being made to complete the structure before the 2017 wet season. Funds are required to ensure completion and commence fitout of services. Some rooms on the ground floor have already been used for classes. The pictures show the progress to March 2017!

Construction is Underway!
Construction is now well underway. The foundations have been completed, mudbricks are being manufactured and the walls of the ground floor are growing steadily. The following pictures were taken in January 2015 by Dr Laltha Nair
